We are Ariadna and Julio, a co-founder couple building Shadow Operator, united by a shared conviction: creators and businesses deserve better than generic marketing, disjointed services, and rushed monetization.

We love helping people achieve their dreams and goals; that’s why we founded AJ Digital Growth, the company we’d always dreamed of. It all started here. That conviction shapes everything we do, from the way we think to the way we work: with trust, consistency, clarity, and a long-term perspective.

We also share a passion for travel, a global perspective, and the ability to work with different cultures and audiences, as we speak Spanish, English, Russian, and French.

We help turn audience trust into structured, sustainable revenue through a well-thought-out strategy, robust systems, and effective technical execution. Everything we create is designed with a purpose: not just to sell, but to serve, grow, and endure.

We work discreetly behind the scenes so that creators and companies can focus on what they do best, while the business behind them becomes stronger, smarter, and more cohesive.
